Job Description:
1. Initiate Deep analysis involving management & operational team of issues/bottlenecks affecting inefficiency operations and end-to-end supply chain business process and initiate business process optimization of demand management & logistic management to gain incremental efficiency & cost reduction.
2. Initiate & Develop Supply chain optimization and/or innovation through a tech-based experience such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine learning, OLAP, Dashboard/Data Visualization, or other headquarter initiatives.
3. Initiate & Develop Supply chain optimization and/or innovation through rule/policy-based activities such as IOD/Sales advancing, Direct Delivery, Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR), or other headquarter initiatives.
4. Data management activities by collect, clean, analyze and summaries large data sets to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / IT & or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years experience in a related field.
3. English is a must (written and spoken).
4. Proficiency in RPA (UIPath, PowerAutomate), Al Machine Learning & R is a big plus.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in analysis & reporting.

Job Description:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / IT & or equivalent.
2. Proven experience at lease 3-5 years in SCM.
3. English is a must (written and spoken).
4. Microsoft Excel expert is a must.
5. Pivot, OLAP, VBA Macro & Power BI Data Visualization preferred. Proficiency in RPA (UIPath, Power Automate), Al Machine Learning & R is a big plus.

Job Description:
1. Make sure update on time, monthly Top Down (TD) by PM, Bottom Up (BU) by branches forecasting & price management in GDMI.
2. Analyze TD & BU with statistical historical forecast.
3. Facilitate consensus forecasting and S&OP with PM, Branches data, Production Plan, R&D to get final forecasting to achieve Good Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA) with optimize cost.
4. Balance forecast number to all Branches to achieve Sales Plan Target.
5. Monitoring & give direction PSI Planner to update Final Consensus number.
6. Coordination with Distribution Planner to use Consensus Number for allocation to all Branches.
7. Manage NPI & EOL by model and giving LINE UP model & net price estimation to all related part as basic for update forecast.
8. Update forecast in GDMI & analyze GSCP data to manage the forecast that I/F to G-Plantopia same with PSI from Top Management or Sales Plan Target.
9. Report weekly & monthly SCM KPI: SFA, DIO, Inventory Management (DIO, LT, etc), SBI, etc.
10. Evaluation PSI Planner Performance & KPI.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Computer Science / IT, Science & Technology or equivalent.
2. Expert using Ms. Excel & data analysis.
3. Two years experience in related field.
4. Fast learner & able to work under pressure.
